| How Indus solved/addressed the problem areas |
| Indus implemented its collaborative management tool eOffice (Arabic version) at the central office of the Presidency in Al Khafji. The solution has users both under LAN but a majority of them will be remote (using browser). An effective workflow, document management, Knowledge management, weekly reporting, mail management and instant messaging including conferencing was provided in the solution.
These features have been finely integrated with their business processes resulting in optimum utilization of the solution. |
