| How Indus solved/addressed the problem areas |
Indus designed and developed a comprehensive on-line examination system, which can be implemented on LAN environment can accommodate multiple candidates take the examination in different categories.
Each examinee is provided with a unique user ID and password specific to the category. The question paper is generated randomly for the specific category and the beauty of the solution is that the questions are evenly poised i.e the difficulty level of the question papers generated for the respective category is the same, which maintains the fairness and transparency on the conduct of the exam. Evaluation system is automated, which complements the hiring process.
Stringent audit controls are provided in the system at the administrator and examinee level so that the purpose of maintaining the fairness and transparency in the conduct of examination is not defeated. |
